We are saddened to report that George Rodgers, husband of Janet, has passed away. The funeral and burial will be on THURSDAY 12th April at 2.15, at St Mary’s Church in Ecclesfield. There  will be a wake afterwards at The Stocks pub opposite the church.

This follows on from some other previous members' recent passing;  Carole Beck, eldest daughter of former Club Treasurer Harold Whittles, Betty Egan, and Julia Bridges.

The Club’s sympathy is conveyed to all the families concerned.
