The five-session monthly summer event is now completed with all arrangements being concluded excellently. Our main thanks for the success go to Gill Woodcock, the organiser and driving force behind the project. Thanks also go to scorers who have assisted Gill and of course all who took part.

The overall winners of the Marcus Memorial Trophy for 2016 were Dave Buckle (Pro) and Michele Saffer (Am).

Gill has led this initiative for about ten years and has decided that this will be her last one. All her efforts are much appreciated and it is great that she has already volunteered herself to play in 2017. Graham Jepson has offered to take over the running of the PRO AM next year.
