Twenty pairs contested the The Lord Mayor's Swiss Pairs yesterday which was comfortably won by Richard Pike and Arthur Hughes. Runners up were Denise Glossop and Jan Desforges. The award for best performance against NGS went to Julie and Tony Long who finished in third place equal with Margaret Johnson & Pat Powell together with Lol and Mary Hinchcliffe.
