The Club is sorry to announce the death of Pat Smith aged 90 on Wednesday 10th October. She was a member for many years playing in all duplicates- latterly on Saturday evenings. Our sincere condolences go to her family at this sad time.

Pat's funeral will be at 10.30am on Wednesday 31 October at Hutcliffe Wood, followed by a wake at Abbeydale Golf Club.

Pat's father, Dr William Matthews, was one of the four members who bought the club premises from the then landlord in 1944.
