Dominic Rayner has come 10th out of 122 pairs in the Swiss Pairs, the main event held over three sessions at the London Year End Congress. Dominic was partnering Nick Dean whom he also partnered in Latvia and The Azores earlier this year. The field at this event is very strong and they finished higher than many International players.

A heat of the EBU Really Easy Pairs, part of the EBU Year End Congress, was run at Sheffield BC by Rob Turner on Tuesday 27 December, with thanks also to Graham Jepson.

Our heat winners were Jan Coutts and Fiona Sutherland and when scored nationally, they came 7th but were overtaken by Mary Cousins and Graham White who finished second overall out of 50 pairs. Well done to both pairs.
