The Margaret Kent Diamond Cup for students was held on 6th June with 16 pairs competing. Julia Faulkner and Sheelagh Reynolds won with a very impressive 65.6%. Runners-up were Vari Ainsworth and Barbara Hutton. The award for highest placed 1st year pair went to Christine Care and Liz Buckton.  Well done to all competitors whom we hope will join regular club sessions in the near future. Many thanks to Simon Woolham who organised the event and our teachers for “generating” the new players
