Forthcoming SBC Events

Social Saturdays - 4th and 18th April; 1:30pm - 4:30pm.

Duplicate Bridge with tea/coffee, biscuits & cake during the interval. A standby/host will be available. 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays only.
Tuesday Teams - 21st April; 7:00pm

Teams of four, now on the third Tuesday of the month.
Playing this month for the Vice-Chairman's Teams. Winners get a shiny trophy to hold (briefly) and free entry into the NICKO.

Sign up on the club notice board - especially if you're looking for half a team - or turn up on the night.
All standards are welcome.
Bank Holiday Monday Swiss Pairs - 4th May

Starting at 1pm and finishing about 5.45, the event is ideal for all standards of player.

Winners get to take home the Flo Dornan Trophy.

 

There is a sign-up list at the club but you can also enter by e-mail to Barrie. 

Sheffield Bridge Club Current Sessions

 Duplicate Bridge is available at the Club at the following times:

  • Tuesday afternoon @ 1:30pm (Ideal for less experienced players. Players with NGS >9 should only play if partnering an inexperienced player).
  • Tuesday Teams evening @ 7:00pm - Teams of 4; 3rd or 4th Tuesday only of each month (see forthcoming events).
  • Wednesday afternoon @ 1:00pm
  • Wednesday evening @ 7:00pm
  • Thursday afternoon @ 1:00pm 
  • Saturday afternoon @ 1:30pm - 1st, 3rd & 5th (when there is one!) Saturdays of each month.

Please arrive at least ten minutes before the session start time.

A Standby is normally available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoons and also on 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday afternoons.
